Billy is a screenwriter from Boston and Atlanta, most recently co-writing The Perfect Wave currently in pre-production in South Africa. He has additionally written four features, two of which are in development in the United States. As an actor, Billy studied undergraduate theatre at Emory University in Atlanta, Oxford University, England and additional study with the Saratoga International Theatre Institute in New York. Prior to his writing career, Billy led communications efforts for many award winning advertising campaigns and vote winning political campaigns, including VERB - It's what you do! The United States' Centers for Disease Control's lead marketing campaign targeting childhood obesity through physical activity. As a writer and actor, Billy is focused on using his passion for communication and storytelling to impact peoples lives globally, through meaningful media.
